Melvina Smith is a very knowledgeable and very skilled in her craft. I looked at a few homes and Melvina was able to gives me clues to look for in purchasing a home. I looked at a home online fell in love with and scheduled a viewing. After going in the home to view I was unable to complete my viewing due strong smells of smoking and other things. Melvina was able to get me to focus on the bigger picture. She reiterated to me these things are just cosmetic. Melvina along with her negotiating skills was able to get the purchase price of my home $8,000.00 less. Melvina Smith knows her job well, I loved working with her. Melvina helped my girlfriend and I buy our first home earlier this year.
